Had a blast catching yellow tail and then tried this recipe.
Marinade for 1-2 hours in olive oil,
werchester sauce, soy sauce
crushed garlic,pepper,lime
Let that marinade sit in the fridge.
Get hot coals even temperature and then cook for 5 to 6 min per side. When the meat is white it’s done but don’t over cook

lb Kingfish
Mayonnaise
Garlic Powder
Ground Pepper
Blackened Redfish Seasoning
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Spread mayonnaise on the whole fish. Place fish in baking dish and sprinkle garlic powder, ground pepper & Blackened Redfish seasoning on top of the fish. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the fish and place in oven at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove and serve!!
